What's included in the 6-month mentorship: 

1. 8 hours out in the field looking for leads. On Day 1, we will spend 3-4 hours driving around the lower to middle class neighborhoods in client's hometown looking for vacant houses, for sale by owner houses, and houses for rent. Once we find 50-100 leads, we will look up each property and determine which ones are good, and which ones we need to pass on. The client will then contact the owners with a letter or a text/phone call. The owners that are interested in selling or hearing an offer will be given to Steve to contact the owner. 

On Day 2, we will spend another 3-4 hours driving different neighborhoods looking for leads. The same process will repeat like Day 1. 

2. Steve will drive to the client's hometown and meet with property owners that are motivated to sell for cash or on terms, and he will inspect the property with the client, and also make offers to the property owner with the client. The client receives a minimum of 12 hours with Steve meeting with property owners. If we have a deal, Steve will prepare the contracts, and the client and Steve will together market the property to potential buyers. 

The client is not required to use any of their own money or credit to close deals. The mentorship/partnership fee, gas money, and mailing letters are the only expenses required. Once the deal is closed, the client will receive 50% net profit.  

3. Phone calls and text messages with Steve, Mon-Sat from 8am-6pm within reason. You have full access to Steve and not some hired help. Most of the celebrity real estate investors you can't even talk to, you talk to their employees. I personally help you, not some employees. 

4. Quick Flips for Quick Cash Home Study Course. You will receive my step-by-step real estate investing book. This book is jammed packed with money making tips and proven strategies on how to buy and sell houses without any money or credit. 

This book and my mentorship training have produced over 12 millionaires and counting. How to find the deals before anyone else, how to prescreen the sellers, how to make a cash offer, owner-finance offer, and lease purchase offer. The client also receives a proven property letter that they can mail to property owners. Clients who have paid in full will receive this letter with Steve's contact information listed first. The property owners who receive these letters can call/text/email Steve first. The clients' contact information will be listed second. There has been 100's of deals done when the property owners call Steve first, and he does the entire deal himself and pays clients without their participation. 

5. Unlimited email support, within reason. Clients can email Steve directly. 

6. Quick Flips for Quick Cash 1 day workshop. Attend all events for free for 6 months. These events are held every 2-3 months at our office in Texarkana. Live phone calls with sellers, networking opportunities, case studies, and step-by-step instructions on how to find deals, inspect properties, making offers, and closing deals with sellers and buyers. This is the same workshop that I taught for the TV Celebrities who charged $2,000 alone just for attending. 

7. Deal Splits: Once the client brings $15k or more to the company, they will start receiving 60% of the net profits, and Steve will receive 40% of the net profits.
