I started investing in real estate part-time in 1994 in Bryan College Station TX. I went full-time in 1997 and expanded into Houston and Austin. In 1999, I started teaching people what I was doing and as a team we were buying and selling 7-10 properties a month and holding onto properties for monthly cashflow. In 2007, I was hand selected from tens of thousands of real estate investors around the country, and I was hired as a real estate consultant for one of the top real estate firms in the country in NYC on Wall Street. In 2012, I was hand selected from tens of thousands of investors and mentors and hired as a real estate and business speaker and mentor for the TV Celebrities of: Shark Tank, Flip or Flop, Christina on the Coast, Flipping Boston, love it or list it, Good Bones, The Apprentice, and for Real Estate Billionaire, Grant Cardone, and others.
